Looka vs Brandmark vs Logocene: what each price buys
In October 2026, Brandmark’s Basic plan is $35 for PNG and vector files, and its Designer plan is $95 with brand guidelines. Looka’s vector package is the $65 figure from our earlier check of looka.com, and Logocene’s smallest pack is $9.99 for 10 generations with SVG in the paid download. We make Logocene, and this comparison uses published prices and file lists. We did not run Looka or Brandmark.

What is being compared?
Looka, Brandmark and Logocene all sell a logo from a short brief, and then a bundle of files around it. The bundles are not the same product. This page says what each published price names, in October 2026, so you can match a price to a file list.
The method is the same as the wider comparison. We read the public pages. We did not open accounts on Looka or Brandmark, generate a shared brief, or judge the drawings. ‘Vector quality’ here means whether the price names SVG, EPS or the word vector. It does not mean a score of the curves.
Logocene is ours. The prices below for Logocene are read from the app’s pricing config, not from a competitor’s roundup. The Looka and Brandmark prices are from their sites, with the dates attached.
What does Looka’s price buy?
Two facts have to stay separate, because they come from two readings.
First, the figure already published on our Looka page and on the homepage: $65 for a vector logo package, from an October 2026 check of looka.com. That is the number to reuse. It is also a number to re-check, because package names move.
Second, a read of Looka’s pricing page on 16 October 2026. The text described these products and did not include dollar amounts:
Basic logo package. One PNG at 1000 by 1000 pixels, on a coloured background. The page frames it as a proof or as a file to show a designer. That is one raster, on a solid ground, not a vector set.
Premium logo package. PNG, EPS, SVG and PDF. Four variations: full colour, colour on a clear background, white on a clear background, and black on a clear background. Edits after purchase. Full ownership for commercial or non-commercial use. Looka states that it does not register your copyright with a government body. This is the package that names SVG. We are not asserting that its current price is $65, because the page text did not print the price. The $65 figure remains the earlier check of a vector package.
Brand Kit subscription, billed annually. Unlimited logo changes while you subscribe, high-resolution and vector files, social profiles, social posts, cards, email signatures, letterheads, invoices and brand guidelines. The page says you keep commercial rights to the logo after the subscription ends. The annual fee was not in the text we received. A missing fee is not a free plan.
Brand Kit Web subscription. The brand kit plus an AI-generated website. The fee was not in the text either.
If you only need the logo files once, Premium is the line that lists SVG, EPS, PDF and PNG. Guidelines and marketing templates sit on the subscription, and the live fee has to be on the page before you can compare a year of it with a one-time bill. Looka also says you own the logo as a whole and not the individual elements such as symbols. Read that sentence on their site next to the package you are about to buy.
What does Brandmark’s price buy?
Brandmark’s pricing page, read on 16 October 2026, is a one-time list. The page says there are no monthly charges, and that you can modify the logo later.
Basic, $35. Logo files in PNG and vector format. This is the whole line. It does not mention brand guidelines, cards or a website. If your question is ‘what is the cheapest published price that says vector?’, this is the line, among these three companies, that answers it in one sentence.
Designer, $95. Logo source files, unlimited design revisions, brand guidelines, one-page websites, business card designs, social media designs and presentation designs. This is the $95 guidelines price our Looka page and the homepage already cite. The fresh read matches it. Guidelines here are part of the $95 plan, not part of the $35 plan.
Enterprise, $195. Everything in Designer, up to 10 fully original hand-crafted concepts, and a font download. Hand-crafted is Brandmark’s word for those concepts. We have not seen them. The font download is called out only on this tier, which is a hint that the lower tiers may name fonts without handing you the font files. Confirm that in their checkout if the font file itself is something you need to archive.
The pricing lines we read do not include a licence paragraph. Read it before you pay. Unlimited revisions means you can change the logo later. It does not say you can resell the file.
What does Logocene’s price buy?
A generation is nine logos drawn for one brief. Each mark is traced to SVG. Around the one you pick, the kit holds colours, a Google Fonts pair, mockups and a 30-page web guide. The guide covers clear space, minimum sizes, a contrast table and a type scale.
Free look. The first generation is free to view. No card. The preview is watermarked. You can open the guide. The clean SVG is not part of that look.
One credit. It removes the watermark from all nine concepts in that generation and downloads the ZIP. The ZIP holds SVG in colour and in black and white, PNG at 512, 1024 and 2048 pixels on a clear background, the palette as JSON and CSS, a text file of the Google Fonts pair, and a licence file. There is no .ico file. The guide stays on the web. The terms say the guide is for you to follow for that brand, and that it is not a separate product to resell.
$9.99 pack. 10 generations, about $1 each. The credits do not expire. This is the smallest purchase. You cannot buy a single generation as its own checkout. The per-generation figure is the pack divided by ten.
Pro is $14.99 a month for 20 generations. Studio is $39.99 a month for 70. Those plans renew until cancelled. The refund policy says to email within 14 days of a charge. A failed generation returns its credit on its own.
The paid licence covers the downloaded files for your brand. It does not include a trademark search, and the fonts remain under the Google Fonts licences. PT Akanesa Imaji Adiwidia operates Logocene from Indonesia. The facts page is the short citable version.
What does each price leave out?
If someone quotes ‘Looka’ without naming Premium or the subscription, ask which package. The $65 figure on our site is for a vector package, not for the Basic PNG.
| Offer | Price we can cite | What it names | What it leaves out |
|---|---|---|---|
| Looka Basic | Not in the 16 October page text | One PNG at 1000×1000 on a coloured background | A vector file |
| Looka Premium | $65 is the earlier vector-package check, not a price printed in that page text | PNG, EPS, SVG and PDF, including black, white and clear | Brand guidelines, which the page puts on the subscription |
| Looka Brand Kit | Annual fee not in the page text | Guidelines, cards and social files while you subscribe | A fee we could print |
| Brandmark Basic | $35, one-time | PNG and vector | Brand guidelines |
| Brandmark Designer | $95, one-time | Source files, revisions, guidelines, a one-page site, cards, social posts, presentations | A licence sentence on the pricing lines we read |
| Brandmark Enterprise | $195, one-time | The Designer package, plus up to 10 hand-crafted concepts and a font download | The same licence gap |
| Logocene pack | $9.99 for 10 generations, about $1 each | SVG, PNG, a palette, a Google Fonts pair and a 30-page web guide | EPS, a .ico, and a folder of social templates |
| Logocene free look | $0 to view the first generation | A watermarked preview, and the guide | The clean files |
Quoting the pack as a one-dollar logo is loose. One generation is nine logos, and about $1 is the pack divided by ten, not a separate product. The brand guidelines template page shows what the 30 pages cover. Logocene’s guide is a web page of rules, not Brandmark’s card designs.
How do the bills differ?
Brandmark’s page says you pay once: $35, $95 or $195 before any tax the checkout adds. Logocene’s pack is $9.99 once and does not renew. Pro at $14.99 a month keeps billing while the plan is paid, so a year of Pro is a different purchase from the pack. Looka’s Brand Kit is described as annual, and the fee was not in the 16 October text, so this page does not invent a yearly Looka total.
Which question should you start from?
You need SVG or EPS this week, once. Read Brandmark Basic at $35 and Looka Premium’s file list, and Logocene’s paid ZIP. All three name a vector file, at different prices and different quantities. Download or checkout only after the extension is written on the page you are paying.
You need a guidelines document in the same purchase. Brandmark puts it on the $95 plan. Looka puts it on the subscription, fee unconfirmed in the 16 October text. Logocene includes the 30-page web guide with the generation, readable before you pay, with clean files after a credit.
You need lots of social posts and cards generated for you. That is the Looka Brand Kit description, and part of Brandmark Designer. It is not what Logocene’s ZIP is. Do not buy the pack expecting a stack of post templates.
You want to see the work before you pay. Logocene’s first generation is free and watermarked, and the guide is readable. We are not stating that Looka or Brandmark offer a free vector download. Looka’s Basic package is described as a paid PNG. Brandmark’s list starts at $35. Our Looka page says the same about not quoting a Looka free tier.
If the choice is still fuzzy after the file list, the next page is what a logo costs, which adds a design contest at US$249 so the AI prices have a human quote beside them.
Describe your business
