A podcast logo that still reads as a thumbnail

Apps crop it to a square and sit it beside the show title. Describe the show. You get nine marks traced to SVG, and PNG files you can place on the cover.

First generation free. No card. Files from about $1 a generation.

One studio, on a mic and on a desk

Pixelfern is a podcast and video studio for small brands. The tiles are that studio on a microphone, on a plate, in a mockup, and as the flat mark. The gallery has this one podcast brand.

Example brands from the gallery, not client work.

The mark, then you build the cover

You get the mark as SVG and as PNG at 512, 1024 and 2048 px, on a clear background. Place that mark on your cover, in the show’s colours, which are in the palette. The download has no cover-art template and no 3000 px square.

Pixelfern is an example studio in the gallery. The name of your podcast is set in a Google Font on the kit. The SVG is the symbol, which is what stays recognisable when the cover is a thumbnail.

What you download

How it works

  1. 01

    Describe it

Use the box at the top. A name and one line is enough. Add a style word if you already know the mood.

  2. 02

    Get nine logos

Nine marks are drawn for that brief, then each one is traced to SVG. It takes about a minute.

  3. 03

    Take the kit

Open a favourite and read the guide. One credit downloads the files and removes the watermark from all nine.

Pricing

A podcast logo generation is one credit once you want the files. Looking at the nine concepts is free, with a watermark. Ten generations are $9.99.

$24.99 buys 30 generations and $49.99 buys 75. Pro is $14.99 a month for 20. Studio is $39.99 a month for 70.

Questions

Do I get finished podcast cover art?

You get the logo, the palette and the fonts. You place the mark on the cover. There is no cover-art template in the download.

What pixel size should I use?

The ZIP includes 1024 and 2048 px PNG files. Use the larger one if the host asks for a big square, and keep the SVG as the original.

Is Pixelfern a real podcast?

No. It is an example brand in the gallery: a podcast and video studio for small brands.

Can the show name sit under the symbol?

Yes. The kit sets the name in the heading font. That type is not outlined inside the SVG.
