Privacy policy
This policy describes the data Logocene collects. It applies from 15 October 2026.
Who we are
Logocene is operated by PT Akanesa Imaji Adiwidia, based in Indonesia. For privacy requests, email hello@logocene.com.
Account and sign-in
You can sign in with Google, or with an email link. We receive your email address and, from Google, the name on that account. If you use the email link and Google has not sent a name, we store the part of the address before the @ as a display name. Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth. We keep a user id, the time the account was created, and the session cookie that keeps you signed in.
We ask you to sign in before a generation so the nine logos can be saved to your account.
Generations
When you generate a logo we store the brief you typed, any style words, the generation status, and the nine concepts: titles, the brand kit (name, colours, fonts, guide text) and the traced SVG files. Preview images are stored too. The clean SVG is not sent to the browser until that generation has been paid for with a credit.
The brief is sent to OpenRouter, which runs the models that plan and draw the logos. Do not put secrets, passwords or other people’s private data in a brief.
Payments
Checkout is run by Polar. Polar processes the card or other payment method. We do not receive or store the card number. We store the product you bought, the amount, the currency, the order status, and Polar’s order id, against your user id. Credit balance is a ledger of those purchases, monthly grants, generations and refunds.
Analytics
If you agree, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and the steps from sign-in to a download: generation started, generation completed, kit viewed, checkout started, purchase and download. We send the page path, not the brief you typed. The purchase event can include the plan name and the listed USD price. Analytics does not load until you agree, and it does not load at all when the measurement id is unset. You can refuse on the banner. That choice is stored in your browser.
Google Search Console may be used to see which queries find the site. Verification can be a DNS record, so it does not need a tag on the page. If a verification code is configured, the page includes that meta tag and nothing else from Search Console.
Companies that process data
We use these processors for the reasons above:
- Supabase, for the account, database and file storage.
- OpenRouter, for the models that plan and draw a generation. They receive the brief and style words.
- Polar, for payments.
- Google, for Google sign-in, and for Analytics if you agree.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and writes request logs, including IP address.
- Unsplash. Gallery photographs are requested by your browser from images.unsplash.com. Your own generations do not use Unsplash.
Fonts on the site are served from Logocene. Gallery pages do not send you to Google Fonts at view time. The font names in a kit link out to Google Fonts only when you follow them.
These companies may store data outside Indonesia. Their own terms apply to that storage.
Cookies
The sign-in cookie from Supabase is required to keep your account and your logos. We do not set an analytics cookie unless you agree. The agreement itself is stored in local storage on your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep the account, briefs and logo files while the account exists, so you can come back for them. Email hello@logocene.com and we will delete the account, the briefs and the logo files. We keep the purchase record (date, amount, currency and product) where we need it for tax and for a refund.
Your requests
You can ask for a copy of the account data we hold, or for a correction, by emailing hello@logocene.com. If you are in a place that gives you a right to object or to complain to a regulator, you can use it. We will answer the request.
Children
Logocene is for people starting or running a business. It is not made for children. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes. The terms cover the licence and refunds. The terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
